How to choose good louver blades?

Blade segments are widely concerned due to their high elasticity, good self-sharpening properties, high grinding efficiency, and low noise. Naturally, how to choose high-quality blade segments is a question that people are quite concerned about. In fact, as long as you grasp three key points, you can easily make a good purchase:

Listen to the sound: Gently tap the grinding wheel with a small wooden hammer and listen to the response. If there is no dull sound, it indicates that there are no internal cracks in the grinding wheel. If there is a dull sound, it suggests that small cracks have already appeared inside the grinding wheel.
The quality of louver blades is crucial. Only by selecting good products can we work more efficiently. Therefore, it is essential for everyone to grasp these three points.

Appearance inspection: Check the appearance of the grinding wheel for cracks, chipped corners, and other damages, as well as the presence of loose inlay layers in the inner hole and the flatness of the inlay hole surface. According to the standard specifications, the product appearance should at least indicate seven indicators: manufacturer name, trademark, abrasive code, abrasive grain size, hardness, working line speed, and production date. The outer packaging or instruction manual should bear the industrial product production license number and safety mark. Products with complete labeling indicate that the enterprise is a legitimate enterprise with a certain scale, and even if problems arise during use, consumers have evidence to refer to.

Check the date: For abrasives made of resin, rubber, and magnesite separators, pay attention to the production date indicated on their surface. Since these abrasives are prone to moisture and freezing, the standard regulations stipulate that their storage period should not exceed one year.
